Ala Kudik Kudik!!!!
It's liberating if you can settle your tasks, no one disturbing you, alone in your office AND while wearing your favourite boxers. Hehehe, i did just that tadi. Now it's 7:17am, Shah Alam time and you wanna know why i stayed up? The story goes more or less like this....
Last weekend i had a whirlwind of resignations. About 5 staffs resigned abruptly although not in the same day. 2 ppl today, 1 guy the day b4, 2 ppl yesterday morning...One guy even left me with a voicemessage complaining about pressure and what have you..Pressure? Try to work in a factory or why dont you just apply at KFC? Try standing 8 hours non stop while cooking chicken and you'll regret u left us. My merchandiser, i had to let go because she brought her personal problems to work. Tu la pasang lagi 2 boifren Bangla..Kan dah kena tumbuk. Sommore she lied to me about her having IC merah. How did i know? She requested her salary to be paid in cash jer...Sampai bila2. Then she confessed not having any ID/IC. Just permit. Mak aii, sayang nye she can do her job quite well..Too bad.
About the male staff, i was presented with problemsafter problems...One guy did not come, or this guy masuk lewat...Last2 bila the one i earmark to become lead crew wantsto leave, i had to call for a meeting. An informal one. Kat kedai mamak. How cool a boss can be? I wanted to know what exactly the problem..Takkan pasal duit tukar pun nak kecoh?
So we discussed over maggi goreng..They told me it's the supervisor is the culprit. She scolds everyone like nobody's business, datang lewat ada, nak balik awal, if got overtime she just lepak2 when i takde...To some extent i believed them, keeping in mind to investigate..Ya lor, when u tgk schedule staff yg ada, only to realise yg u tinggal sorang je staff, huru hara gak sekejap..Thanks to k.a.m.b.i.n.g yg bersideskirt, managed to relieve me of my pening kapla....The casual meeting went very good, they all wanted to werk actually, cuma tak seronok kerja when she barks orders when herself lepak2..Takkan aku silap pilih kot? Probably, i never had the luxury to choose because not many apply for jobs..As a conclusion, they all came back alhamdulillah..I saikoed them abt Raya Puasa with no money etc etc ur still young etc...
And the impact on me?After this i knwo what to do oredi..These things only needs practice je kot..And some encouragement to staff..In 12 hours time i'll be seeing kambing sideskirt woohooo!!!!!

AND THEN I MET THIS KAMBING....
Ok ok...dah lama tak jumpa korang..Haiyooo gue busy banget, kedai convenience store gue baru aja bukak..So pecita korang?Congratulations to Tank [aku kaya lagi RM500], kan? Like we promised..Ntah,tatau nak tulih apa..been busy, altho it is sooooo cliche i still have to use that as an excuse..So here's what happened so far..
Im currently staying at Putra Heights with Ayah Su, Aiman and Efie..dah lama dah, since a month ago. So i believe rumah kat melawati is very the quiet..Tinggal Mak, Baba, Atin, blackie n ocot..As usual bila dah kata rumah bujang tu kan mestilah sepah.[we thot of hiring one Indon maid just to kemas2 the house].usually i arrive from work tak tentu, sometimes awal sometimes lewat. Depends on the need. Retail is really addictive, such as when you are ready to go back ada je menda yg needs attention. Staff ada problem, minyak tak turun lala, org HQ datang tunjuk muka sememeh etc..
Yesterday i went back to Melawati to collect moi chequebook, i saw Blackie tgh minum air from her usual water pan. Heheheheheheheheh i went to her and she's sooooooo gemok gedempol.Err, not really tapi ada berisi skit la..Senang hati kot.As usual she growls like im some perompak. Ocot tak nampak, maybe she's somewhere.
Last weekend went to Konsert Triple Mega. Search, Wings, Lefthanded, Dewa [DEWA!!!!!!!] pun ada.They started at about 6pm, kat Bukit Kiara and at first it was drizzling kitorang takut kuyup la nanti. Lefthanded brought this fat vocalist who still thinks he's a fan. He was always "Berikan tepukan gemuruh kepada Lefthanded!!!!". I fed up la time tu..he can sing but dia tenggelam skit. Anak Man Kidal played rythmn and he was sooo cool and relaxed with his strat. Time Ella performed, suma mcm tak kena. I knew of her getikness but only this time i realised that she;s trying to be Inul or someone...Erghhh, siap buat lagak mcm stripper. But then Apek came everyone was cheering. Dewa.Enuff said.Teyo the drummer was injured so ada org ganti. They sang 'LARUT'...Oh that was bliss siap pasang video clips for respective songs. Search and Wings performed before dewa and i was entranced. See we grew up listening to their songs (altho most are ballads) and finally i get to see them live. Time lagu 'Sejati' Joe played the starting riff with just some hammerings [hammer is the term where you tap the strings with your fingers]. Best gilar, makan skit kat Hartamas then chow.
Bil Bil (Izznabil anak Kak Long) masuk Ampang Puteri, sian dia demam. It started with chickenpox then recurrence sampai kena asthma or bronchitis...Ish, imagine a 1 year old kid siap kena drip. Muka cengkung tak macam dulu, I plan to go again this weekend. Kak Long kesian dia she has to take care...Lepas ni Ayah Lee bawak jalan2 yek?
Tadi was payday, so everyone has this kambing smile on their faces. Ya la dapat gaji kan suma org suka. I forgot that we had to cash cheque at our own branch, tapi later got to know that u can cash anywhere, but must pay some fee la. (oooh i love this song 'Hollywood Holiday' from Love Me Butch). Remember Syarul Reza the vocalist for LMB pernah beli air sirap aku time concert Distortion 2003. I have this staff, he refuses to be a cashier cos he said he couldnt handle the till alone. He can only support jer. One day he 'short' of some money la, and you know what? He pasted a BIG notice saying something like "Saya tak mahu lagi jadi cashier sebab gaji asyik kena potong jer yada yada"..I did not speak to him for some time and you know what? Lst night he came to my office and apologised for waht he did.He then explained that he's really unable to be a cashier...You seem to know when a person says sorry honestly kan? I was smiling the time he spoke hehheh..Good guy la, hope he stays long..I plan to upgrade him to my lead crew 1 month nanti. I paid using cash so the team suka la..I said next time everyone must open account..
Oh ya my kedai kena rompak hari tu. 4.30am, my cashier got slapped and stripped of RM80 and his handphone. Ish, kita cakap suruh pakai locker dia tak mau. Cigarettes was stolen, cash about Rm300+ and i had to make 2 police reports, one at Putra Heights and one at Bdr Sunway. Porah..malas tul la korang ni..Pagi2 lepak kat kedai mamak makanroti canai n baca paper sambil tunjuk lagak. Nak wat camne, when ppl are in authority.
Tell u the truth i dun read newspapers nowadays, dono what's happening in this LaLaLand..I even purposely missed Siti n Datuk K's wedding. OK ok i dun like Siti sangat, just 2-3 songs. And ppl go kecoh with her wedding la, Mawi n his ex confess la macam la takde menda lain dlm donia ni..Come ppl, u can do better..So i guess i'll be around la kot, dah ada extra time skit ni.Things change, ppl change, i change also...Why? Donno...
